Please note that the visa fee is non-refundable once submitted to the embassy. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the embassy, and we cannot guarantee approval. However, if your visa is rejected, we will provide an explanation for the rejection.

We may terminate our agreement under certain circumstances, such as serious accidents or illnesses affecting our employees. If this occurs, we will make efforts to arrange an alternative agent for you.

The processing time for your application is beyond our control and depends on the embassy. If you need a Dubai visa within 24 hours, additional fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delays or rejections from the embassy. Refunds cannot be issued for applications that take longer than the typical 3-5 days processing time. Additionally, please be aware that the Dubai embassy is closed on Fridays and Saturdays.
